Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
Pickup info:
On day 1 of the tour, you will be picked up from your hotel around 5:00 AM.

Do not forget:
- Mosquito repellent (with DEET is more effective)
- Long sleeved shirts (cotton or breathable fabric, but not too thin)
- T-Shirts
- Cotton socks (long enough to put them over your pants)
- Hiking shoes
- Sandals or light shoes to change into when at the lodge
- Rain gear (rain poncho is ideal)
- Sweater
- Long pants
- Bathing suit
- Binoculars (you can also rent them)
- Camera and film with extra batteries
- Camera charger
- Plastic bags to protect clothes, camera etc. from getting wet
- Personal things (soap, toilet paper, towel, etc.)
- Hat (or handkerchief)
- Sun block, sunglasses
- Light sleeping bag (can also be rented)
- Flashlight (with spare bulb and batteries)
- Water bottle (min. 1 litre)
- Daypack
- Passport copy
- Money (Soles) for soft drinks, handicrafts and tips
