Caring For The Customer


The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Pickup info:
  • You will be picked up from your hotel around 8:00 - 8:30 AM
  • Please leave us the name and address of your hotel when making your reservation

In order to optimally enjoy this trek, you need at least 3 days in Cusco as an acclimatization period. During the trek, you need to drink plenty of liquids (water, coca tea) to avoid dehydration. Since we are walking in the mountains, the weather can change rapidly, so be prepared for different types of weather.
