After founding the Hostel Koyllur in 2000 and successfully creating a popular establishment among tourists, Merily and Veruska decided to open a new hotel venture. They located the ideal place at the edge of the San Blas district and within two years, they had built the beautiful Koyllur Hostel. They chose follow along with a similar name to their previous hostel since it reflects the commitment this the Guevara family has with the festival Coyllur Rit'i.
The hotel is always making improvements and 2 rooms are being equipped with Jacuzzis. The hotel is more professional than the hostel, and this comes through the style used. There is a grand, spacious lobby with leather furniture and antique tables and chairs to decorate the entrance. The rooms are located around a pleasant, green garden filled with flowers and plants and offer a lovely retreat from the city's chaos.
