With this event, the internationally known gastronomical school Blue Ribbon International wants to promote parts of the interesting Peruvian culture by showing and by putting on a display many typical dishes and drinks from the Peruvian kitchen.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about Peruvian preparation and to taste some of our most famous dishes like cebiche, aji de calina or lomo saltado. Very different from just ordering it in a restaurant, this event will show you a whole new side of the Peruvian kitchen.
